Built in 1989, Delta Hotel is a low timed example of the well sought after 180HP DR400 family. With just 2 owners since new, always hangared and with just over 2000 since new, it is a truly lovely and well cared for example. The DR400-180's short field performance is second to none in it's class, as proven by it's base at the 500m grass strip of Netherthorpe, South Yorkshire.

In 2013, DH got caught in a hailstorm parked away from home on an overseas trip, and subsequently underwent a full re-cover of the wings and tail-plane to rectify the damage. In September 2015 the engine was overhauled and now has only 278 hours SMOH. The prop was overhauled in December 2008 and 715 hours SMOH.

DH is painted in the traditional Robin White, Blue and Gold scheme in 9/10 condition and features Grey and blue interior trim in 7/10 condition.
