Beautiful and very original ex RAF DHC-1 Chipmunk T.10 based at Old Warden Aerodrome. Built in Chester in 1951 and carrying the classic 1950's RAF colour scheme of silver with yellow training bands. This Chippie is on an LAA permit and had its engine reconditioned and refitted by Vintech in mid 2012. The syndicate is friendly, well run and has been in existence for approximately twenty years.
